You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return it. There is no need to explain why.
Unopened product in its original packaging with the seal intact: refunded in full, including what you paid for outbound shipping.
Opened product: if it did not suit you, tell us within the same window and we will refund the purchase price. Supplements are consumable and we cannot resell an opened bottle, so we ask you not to send it back. Dispose of it at home.
Damaged, wrong or missing items: our mistake, so our cost. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we do not ask you to return anything. Tell us within fourteen days of delivery and a photograph helps.
Call (000) 000-0000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, or email support@bloodbalanced.com with your order number. We will tell you straight away whether anything needs to come back, and give you the address if it does. Please do not send anything back before speaking to us, because unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.
Where a return is required, you pay return postage unless the item was damaged, incorrect or faulty, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service; until it reaches us it is still your parcel.
We process refunds within two business days of approving the return, or of receiving the goods where a return was needed. The refund goes to the original card. Your bank then takes its own time, usually three to ten business days, and we have no control over that part.
You can cancel at any time. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before its billing date; after that the charge is already in flight and we refund it instead, in full, if the order has not yet shipped. Where an order has already shipped, the terms above apply to it as to any other order.
If something is wrong, calling us is faster than a chargeback and it costs you nothing. We can usually resolve it the same day. A dispute takes weeks, and it stops us helping you directly while it runs.
